Patient came in broken tooth. Probably many doctor would say "let's take it out."
But hold your judgement. After careful exam and probing and x-ray reveals that there are actually enough tooth structure left to give the tooth last change to live.
we built-up tooth and made temporary crown to see if pt is okay for few weeks.
Patient didn't complain pain or anything so we continued making permanent crown and pt is now happy!
